Hot Pockets Loses A Nailbiter To Undefeated Evo, 47-42

"We are who we thought they were, we let 'em off the hook!". Ohhh the infamous quote from Dennis Green's meltdown during the ARI/CHI game couple years ago. Our game tonight definitely reflected on what he meant. We always expose the "good teams" that we play but we always come up short. The team we played (EVO) was undefeated going into tonight's game and we let them sneak away with a win. We held on to the lead with under a minute left and we let them score too easily. We eventually got the ball back to try and win but it was picked off to end the game. Two plays before I had the opportunity to get the ball back with an INT. The ball slipped right through my hands and was eventually batted down for an incompletion, but still, if only I had snatched that it would've given us the gaddamn ball back! I was so pissed...

Our offense looked really good and was on point tonight. Schu was throwing it right on everyone's chest. Went deep a few times too. Dan had a really good game with a few TDs and INTs himself. My defense played better than we've ever played. Their quarterback was shit and was always pissed off. Take it easy guy, it's flag football. It's not that serious. What's worse is that we made him look retarded out there sacking him and intercepting him. That's my rant for tonight. I'm guaranteeing a win next week. Bank on it. Peace.
